Shipping policy

In-stock items ship within 3 business days. Those that are temporarily out of stock, or are being customized, will take a few extra days. We're a small operation, and we're on vacation, it may be up to 10 days. In the case of any delays, we will let you know immediately.

If an item arrives damaged, we will need pictures of both the item and the packaging before we can process a return request.
